A Sacred Corner for Prayer
Long before there were chapels and cathedrals, faith was kept at home. A table by a window. A shelf near the door. A corner of the house everyone understood was for prayer, without needing to be told.
Most homes have lost that corner. Not by decision, only by everything else filling the space.
If you want somewhere in your home that belongs to God… if you want His Word where you will actually read it rather than closed on a shelf… if you want your children to know which part of the house is quiet, this was made for you.
The Holy Land Prayer Altar gathers three things into one frame: Scripture on handmade parchment, a crucifix carved from Holy Land olive wood, and an original Jerusalem stone. The Word, the sacrifice, and the ground it happened on. Hang it, or stand it on a mantel, and set a candle beneath it.
A Place Where Faith Comes Together
The Prayer Altar comes in two versions, you can chose from. Each carries a different verse, and neither is a variation of the other.
Take Heart – “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
Christ said this on the last night, hours before the worst of it. He does not promise an easy life. He promises that the outcome is already settled. For anyone carrying something heavy right now, who needs to be told it does not get the final word.
His Mercy – “He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy.” Titus 3:5
The verse that closes the ledger. Nothing here was earned, and nothing here is lost by falling short. For anyone who has spent years trying to be good enough, and needs reminding that the question was already settled without them.
Before it leaves Jerusalem, each Prayer Altar is placed at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre with intention, absorbing the blessings of presence.
One frame, one verse, chosen by you. Take the words you need in front of you.
